
This Zabludower Landsmanshaftn was established in 1900 in New York City, and the Certificate of Incorporation is held at the American Jewish Historical Society on 15 West 16th Street. According to the Certificate of Incorporation the purpose of the Association was to "Promote sociality and engender good feeling and brotherly love among the members; to further the friendship and social intercourse of it's members, and to assist each other in case of illness or distress". When established it had five directors, Abraham Greenberg, Morris Greenberg both of 37 Willett Street, N.Y. City, Moses Ruth of 99 Broome Street, N.Y. City, Max Rosenthal of 259 Henry Street, N.Y. City, and Abraham L. Kass of 168 Henry Street, N.Y. City. The Document was signed by Notary Public, Ary Horwitz December 12, 1900. At some point a Ladies Auxiliary was established, and a Zabludower Relief Committee.
